Wondering however since this time I will not have time tomorrow morning to make it all fresh as I have done countless times, so I am using your tip for cooking pasta and sauce separate, then assembling tomorrow morning for heating. Wondered if the pasta also needs to be heated up a little or if you just usually throw in cold? I am just worried about the pasta getting dry!!! I made this mushroom sauce today. I doubled it and thickened it some. I actually served it as a side to creamcheese stuffed chicken and mashed potatoes. It was a big hit. Every bite of food got dipped in the sauce. Very good recipe.

Place the roast, ribs down / fat side up, in a heavy stainless-steel roasting pan. Some suggest using a V shape roasting pan, however, I set mine on top of thick onion slices instead. The rib bones act as a natural rack and the onions add to the flavor, plus they make for a great side sauce.
