This document is for new customers who are getting started with their Oracle Sales Cloud implementations and are following the instructions in the Getting Started with Your Oracle Sales Cloud Implementation guide. It describes how to download and use Microsoft Excel macros designed to simplify the import of small data sets of up to 100 records. The Oracle-provided macros simplify the import by providing validation as you enter your data and populating the values for any attributes that are constant for the simple sales automation use case covered in the guide. The macros generate the .csv file suitable for import using file import. The files can serve as a training tool for imports of large volumes of data later. Different macros are available for key objects, including users and product groups.
Use the macro recorder, code builders and wizards to automate Windows in minutes. You also geta full featured macro editor with debugger, code completion and syntax prompting, so making modifications is a snap.Read more...
